Similar to ordinary modest under clothing, it comes in two pieces and is usually referred to as the temple garment. Some people incorrectly refer to temple garments as “Mormon underwear” or even “magic underwear”, but the more respectful term is temple garments.
Temple garments are worn by adult members of the church who have made solemn promises in temples to keep God’s commandments and to follow Jesus Christ. They serve as a private and personal reminder of our relationship with God and our commitment to live good and honorable lives.
