European Area President Expresses Condolences to Victims of Manchester Explosion

The following new release was published on in the aftermath of a suicide bomb that was detonated in Manchester following a concert held at the Manchester Arena.

“Our hearts are filled with sorrow as we hear of the devastating violence in Manchester, where young people and their parents had gathered to enjoy an evening of music and entertainment. Our thoughts and prayers reach out to those who are suffering as a result of these tragic events. May the love of God and of decent people – demonstrated by spontaneous acts of kindness towards victims – heal hearts and provide comfort.” – Elder Patrick Kearon (Europe Area President)





Early reports indicate there were 22 fatalities and another 120 injured from the explosions that rocked the venue. Our collective prayers go out to the families of those affected by this horrible tragedy.
